Skill Development Cell of Shyam Lal College (Eve.) is working (2019, 2020, 2021 & 2021) diligently on the development of skill of students and faculty members of Shyam Lal College (Eve.). During 2019  under the convenorship of Dr Ritesh Bhardwaj, Skill Development Cell has organised many programmes like Faculty Development Workshop, Delhi Youth Parliament (Organised by Delhi State Legislature), Workshop on Art Appreciation with the joint collaboration of IGNCA, Ministry of Culture, Professional Photography etc, In Year 2021 during pandemic Skill Development Cell had organised many programmes in an online mode. like Administrative help to all students during lockdown, webinar on A Career in Education, How to Prepare a Strong CV, “Career in Judiciary, “How to Do Well in Group Discussion?  What After Graduation?,  “Women Safety and Law, Psychological and academic Support to all students of University of Delhi during pandemic, etc. Our committee members and all student coordinators are working actively in the current academic session of 2021-22.
