The Mathematics Society takes immense pleasure in presenting the Annual Mathematical Carnival 2024, held on February 27, 2024. The event aimed to make math fun and interesting. In addition to these events, the Mathematics Society successfully organized the Apti-mind Challenge on December 5, 2023. And Society also organize a Seminar with collaboration with Carrer Launcher on the topic “Exploring Career after graduation” on 24th April 2024. And also organize a competition “Math Mania” on 24th April 2024. This precursor event was designed to unveil the mathematical prowess of participants through a series of challenges. It was all about having a great time while exploring the amazing world of mathematics!
Apti-Mind Challenge (Pre-Event):
The Apti-Mind Challenge, held on December 5, 2023, provided an early platform for participants to showcase their mathematical skills.
Mathematical Carnival Fest Highlights:
The Mathematical Carnival, held on Feb. 27,2024, featured three exciting events, each designed to challenge and showcase the participants’ mathematical prowess.
- Brain Battle:
- Objective: Logical reasoning and general aptitude test.
- Format: Multiple rounds of challenging questions.
- Outcome: Encouraged participants to think critically and apply logical reasoning skills.
- Checkmate Champions:
- Objective: Chess competition.
- Format: Tournament-style chess matches.
- Outcome: Promoted strategic thinking and competitive spirit among chess enthusiasts.
- Play with Maths:
- Objective: Puzzle rounds.
- Format: Various mathematical puzzles and challenges.
- Outcome: Engaged participants in creative problem-solving and enhanced mathematical thinking.
- The Math Mania, held on 24th April 2024, provided an early platform for participants to showcase their mathematical skills and intelligence.
- Objective: Promoting Interest in Mathematics
- Format: 30 Question Projected on the screen in 45 minutes to Solve
- Outcome: Encouraged participants to think critically and apply logical reasoning skills.
- Organizing Seminar on “Exploring career after graduation” on 24th April 2024, with collaboration with Career Launcher
- Speaker: Mr. Navneet Anand
- Outcome: Giving proper guidance to students for further higher study.

Conclusion:
The Annual Mathematical Carnival 2024 achieved its objective of creating an environment that celebrates the joy of mathematics, fosters critical thinking, and promotes strategic problem-solving. The Mathematics Society looks forward to future events that continue to inspire and engage the mathematical minds within our community.
