Academics
As the meaning of the name suggests, Prerna is an inspiration. Prerna was formed by Prof Sunil K Choudhry in the year 1995, with the intent of overall and holistic development of the students. In today’s world, the academic arena alone is not sufficient for the development of the students. Therefore to infuse the confidence and fine-tune skills of students, a blend of academic and extracurricular activities is required from time to time. To fulfil the objectives of the association, the students are provided with a much-needed platform, under the banner of PRERNA. Here they can express their thoughts and showcase their talents. Every year the office bearers of PRERNA are elected democratically to ensure the smooth functioning of this association. PRERNA has had a very eventful journey in more than two decades. However, PRERNA vision will be met only when it’s every student comes out as a Sculptured, responsible and law-abiding citizen of our country. And our journey continues……
Prerna has organised a wide variety of events over the years to provide a platform to its students. Prominent events of the last three years are listed below.
➢ A Debate Competition Desh Ki Baat for the students of Political Science.
