Economics Society-ECOSQUARE

ECOSQUARE, the Economics Department’s Society is a step towards providing a conducive environment for the overall growth of students. The Society is responsible in organizing the following events:

  1. Organizing seminars with speakers from prestigious institutions
  2. Conducting “ECOTREES” – Annual Economic Fest
  3. Organizing Career Counselling Session
  4. Organizing Cultural Activities such as Freshers and Farewell

Economics society has been successfully organizing the department’s annual Fest without a break right from its inception. The society was formed to give students a platform to excel not only in academics but in fields like art, debate, leadership, etc. To achieve its objective, the society usually organizes inter-college events such as Youth Parliament, Paper presentation, Ad-O-Mad, and some other events. Its events also include talks of renowned academicians, bureaucrats, leaders, and other renowned personalities from fields of knowledge.
