The Photography and Film Society of Shyam Lal College (E) is one of the most recognized and the biggest society of the college founded on 12th April, 2017. We are able to achieve this level of success only through dedication and persistent hard work. The motive was to enhance the photography skills and improve the personality of students. In addition to this, society aims to provide a better experience of team work to the fellow society members.

EVENTS 2018-2020
- icSociAme- This event is a theme-based event which is organized every 14th November, on the occasion of Children’s Day. This is a fun and exciting event with a wall decorated with the specific themes.
- MUSKAN-“Ek Pahel Unke Liye Bhi”- ‘Muskan’, is our social event conducted every year with the motive of providing clothes to the poor and needy people.
- PIXARNIVAL- It was a photography and cinema carnival held in November’19. It was a ‘Bollywood’, based theme carnival, named, “DASTAN-E-CINEMA”, comprising of three different events, Online Photography War, Muskan and Wall Photography.
- FILMMAKING AND SCRIPTWRITING WORKSHOP- The workshop had students coming from different colleges and getting to know a lot about filmmaking and script/screen writing from our renowned speakers.
- SYNAPSE-THE ANNUAL FEST- Synapse, is our society’s annual fest. Every year we organize our fest with almost 6 to 7 different events. We have always received positive and happy responses from the participants.
