Mathematics Department of Shyam Lal College evening has achieved new heights during the academic session 2020-21 where Eureka-The Mathematics Society has been formed. Eureka also organized its annual fest “Infinity-2021” which was a 3-day program (2-5 April) where many students participated from different colleges. Eureka organized an Inter-college quiz competition “Quizzical Eureka- A general aptitude quiz”, an Inter-College Paper Presentation competition, a Webinar on “Mathematics and Career” and a virtual prize distribution ceremony. Eureka started this initiative to inspire mathematical ideas and critical approaches of the students. These talks enhanced orating, thinking, and researching skills among our students.
